Day 1Guwahati → Kaziranga

07:00 AM – Pickup from Guwahati Airport/Railway Station

11:00 AM – Arrive Kaziranga (200 km, ~4 hrs via NH-27)

12:00 PM – Check-in resort, lunch

03:30 PM – Afternoon jeep safari — Western Range (one-horned rhinos, elephants, wild buffalo)

05:30 PM – Kaziranga Orchid & Biodiversity Park (optional)

Overnight: Kohora/Kaziranga

Day 2Kaziranga Safaris → Jorhat

05:30 AM – Early morning jeep safari — Central Range (best rhino & tiger sightings)

08:00 AM – Return resort, breakfast

09:30 AM – Elephant-back safari (book in advance, 1 hr ride, ₹1,500–2,000/person)

11:30 AM – Kaziranga National Orchid Park — 500+ orchid species

01:00 PM – Lunch at resort, drive to Jorhat (80 km, ~1.5 hrs)

Overnight: Jorhat

Day 3Majuli Island

08:00 AM – Ferry to Majuli Island from Nimati Ghat (1 hr Brahmaputra crossing)

09:30 AM – Kamalabari Satra — Vaishnavite monastery, traditional mask-making workshop

11:00 AM – Garamur Satra — pottery demonstrations, handloom weaving

01:00 PM – Lunch with local Mising tribe family (authentic bamboo-shoot Assamese meal)

02:30 PM – Auniati Satra — museum with 400-year-old royal antiques & artifacts

04:00 PM – Return ferry to Nimati Ghat

04:30 PM – Drive to Guwahati Airport/Railway (4.5 hrs) — evening departure
